- 1 szklanka mleka,
- 3 łyżki masła orzechowego,
- 2 szklanki mąki pszennej/orkiszowej,
- 1/2 szklanki oleju rzepakowego,
- 1 i 1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
- 1 łyżeczka kurkumy w proszku,
- 1 łyżeczka cynamonu w proszku,
- 8 suszonych moreli,
- amarantus ekspandowany do posypania.
Morele posiekaj. Nastaw piekarnik na 180’C z termoobiegiem. Przygotuj foremki na mufinki.
Pure z dyni przełóż do miski, dodaj do niego jajko, mleko, olej i masło orzechowe. Zmiksuj na gładką masę. Dodaj mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, przyprawy, morele i zmiksuj ponownie do połączenia się składników. Nakładaj masę do foremek na mufinki do 3/4 ich wysokości. Posyp amarantusem. Piecz 20 minut, kontrolując stopień zrumienienia.

Babeczki robie regularnie, sa bardzo smaczne, niestety niemal zupelnie mi nie wyrastają, sa bardzo wilgotne w srodku i jakby zakalcowate. Robie je dokadnie wedlug przepisu plus dodaje 2 lyzki syropu daktylowego. Co mozna zrobić/ na co uważać, by bardziej wyrosly?
